Luggage storage at Dubai airport

Lost & Found – Lost & Found at Dubai Airport
If you have lost your luggage or just things at the airport in Dubai, you should contact the Lost & Found Department. Lost & Found offices are located in each airport terminal. Where exactly – see the diagram .
If the item is found, you can pick it up in person at the airport, at Departure building T1, tel: +971 4 2162542 (department is open around the clock)
If you are outside the UAE:
- Method 1: Contact the airline office in your city so that the airline staff can pick up the lost item for you and hand it over to you.
- Method 2: Your friend or relative can pick up the lost item. In order for this person to pick up for you, he must have a power of attorney in which the following data will be indicated: name, surname, copy of your passport, description of the lost item, flight number and date (The Authorized Name, Copy of missing your passport, Description of item , Flight number and Date – Copy of Boarding Pass). The power of attorney must be stamped by the UAE Consulate located in your home country or stamped by the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
- Important: The Lost Property Police Department only stores found items for three months from the date of discovery.
Baggage Packing at Dubai Airport
The baggage wrapping service is available to passengers at all airport terminals. Packing counters are located in the Check In Area.
The package price is AED 30 in Terminals 1 and 2, and AED 40 in Terminal 3.
Porter service
Porters can be found at the entrance to Terminal 3 of the airport if you are departing, and at the baggage claim carousel in the arrivals area.
Porter services cost 40 dirhams. If you have a lot of luggage and need a family trolley, porter service will cost you 100 dirhams.
