Dubai Airport Terminals
The airport consists of several terminals, including three passenger, cargo and two VIP terminals.
- Terminal 1: serves international flights, consists of two zones: C and D. There are plans to expand the terminal to increase its capacity.
- Terminal 2: is used to serve charter and commercial flights, mainly to the Middle East, India and Afghanistan. Is the base for Fly Dubai and Air India.
- Terminal 3: is designed to serve Emirates Airline flights only. The terminal is divided into areas A, B and C; area A serves Airbus A-380 passengers.
- VIP: area is reserved for VIPs, Smart Card holders and diplomatic passengers.
