There are 2 observation decks in the Burj Khalifa skyscraper in Dubai.

On the 124th floor there is an open observation deck, enclosed by glass panels. On the 125th floor there is a closed observation deck.

It is recommended to lay at least 1.5-2 hours to visit the skyscraper, but many people stay at the observation decks for 3 hours. Time spent on the 148th floor is strictly limited to 30 minutes; there are no time restrictions on the lower observation deck.

The cost of visiting Burj Khalifa depends on the observation deck, as well as on the time of visit.
